Stop dreading walks.

I've got a very big Weimaraner who often gets mistaken for a Great Dane, and he pulls like a carthorse. In the four years I've had him I've tried loads of harnesses, but nothing ever worked; he even managed to pull in a head collar, which he hated. When I ordered this harness I had very little hope, but it's been a real lifesaver. He walks beautifully now and, because it stays put and fits properly, it doesn't rub under his legs like the others. If I could I'd give it 10 stars out of 5. The included bungee lead is fantastic too: my arms no longer get constantly yanked and I hope my shoulder pain will finally go too. Amazing product, I'd recommend it without hesitation 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Sidney has always pulled, despite training with a professional. Not with huge force, but enough to stretch my arm out and sometimes hurt my wrist. This harness has been a game changer. I bought the lead as well; as she's small, at first it often went under her front leg, but it didn't bother her or make her trip. After a week she'd got the hang of it and she doesn't get tangled any more. The difference showed from the first walk: she doesn't pull and she's much happier, so she must feel more comfortable. I won't use any other harness after this one.

We ordered the wrong size at first, but Katlyma helped us straight away and sent the replacement out quickly. Unfortunately we hadn't realised and took the XL on holiday. Where do I start? Vera Jean is a 46 kg Great Dane. We ordered the harness in XL and got a free bungee lead with it too. Vera has pulled since she was a puppy and, now she's two, we'd already tried everything, including a head collar she hated but which was the only way to stop her dragging us. My 6-month-old Border Collie Lola is reactive and very anxious, which made walks really difficult because of the constant pulling on the lead. I've tried everything to train her not to pull, as well as different types of collars and leads, but nothing worked. I wasn't expecting much from this product, but the first time I used the harness and bungee lead, I noticed a big difference. I've been using this product for a week and she simply doesn't pull any more when she walks. She still pulls to chase cars/squirrels etc., but this makes it much more manageable, I feel I'm fully in control of her. I especially like the extra handle at the bottom of the lead, which makes it much easier to keep her walking by my side. On top of that, this product is very comfortable for Lola, she got used to it straight away.

Luna is a five-year-old Siberian Husky who came to us four weeks ago. With her previous family she was on a retractable lead and pulled non-stop. Since she's been wearing this harness, walks are less stressful and more comfortable for both of us: she doesn't get yanked and my arm stays in its socket. We go on much longer walks and Luna is calmer both outside and at home.

At first I was hesitant to buy a new lead because I'd never heard of the brand. With my bad back, and desperately needing the dog to stop pulling, I decided to try this set. Teddy, our three-year-old Cavapoo, used to drive me mad because he pulled constantly and ruined our family walks. Our five-year-old Springer Spaniel has always pulled a lot at the start of a walk. We've often tried different harnesses and leads, and back-to-basics training. This harness and lead combo seems to work well: she tries to pull, but she can't really. With lots of praise and a few treats when she walks nicely, we're making good progress. My shoulders are definitely happier!

I have three Labradors aged 4 years, 2 years and 8 months. Walking all three on my own had never been possible: one pulled terribly, another stopped to sniff everything and the puppy was fine. I was sceptical, but I'd have tried anything to enjoy a walk with my girls. The first time out they shot out of the door, then stopped almost straight away and walked beautifully without pulling. I'm really pleased with my purchase; I just wish I'd chosen the personalised names as well, but I was worried it would be yet another useless product. How wrong I was! I recommend it 100%. It has changed our walks for the better and, even though I'm still recovering from a fractured heel and limping, I can now take all three Labradors out on my own 🙌🏼xx

Our little Bruce, a 4-year-old staffy, was a disaster to walk without pulling; we tried liver cake, dog treats, cheese and even sausages to get him to walk to heel, but nothing worked. He had another harness with a clip on the back that just seemed to build up his muscles! It was a struggle for me to walk him without being dragged down the road, but this harness has been absolutely incredible, there's a slight pull but nothing like before and I can actually walk with him again, making walks much more enjoyable for both of us! We can walk calmly now. Even when our lively Bearded Collie tries to lunge or leap, I can quickly control him without it all turning into a tug of war. When he's running loose, I can easily grab the handle if needed. My arms and shoulders thank you. We had to change size because he was between a medium and a large: the large was too big and the front straps kept loosening. One phone call was enough and they sent us the medium straight away. We got one for the Terrier too, who prefers the lead clipped on her back. She's much happier with Katlyma because the harness doesn't pinch or get in the way of her legs. We had to tighten it a bit as she could slip out of it, but the problem seems solved now. Both dogs are happier and more relaxed and the harnesses are quick and easy to put on and take off.

I have two Labradors and Elsie pulled terribly, so much so that my arm was in agony every day. As soon as I put the new harness and lead on her, she seemed like a different dog. With the front clip she doesn't pull any more and the bungee lead absorbs any sudden movements. My arm is back to normal. Taking them out had become a chore; now it's a pleasure.

A 35 kg puller is not for the faint-hearted. This harness has been a game changer with Monty. He came to me at 7 months old with no training at all and, while he picked some things up really well, I couldn't get him to stop pulling and I finished every walk aching and exhausted. As soon as I put the Katlyma harness on him, he was like a different dog. I still use a slip lead for heelwork and his gundog training, but this harness is phenomenal for sniffy walks.

My big German Shepherd reacts to cats on our walks. With the harness, a slight tug from me turns him towards me and, with a firm No about the cat, we carry on walking. Many thanks, my arm and my nerves are now more relaxed.

I can't believe the difference this harness has made. Bingo is a small Australian Labradoodle and wears the medium, although next time we might try a small as he's mostly fluff. As soon as it was on he seemed calmer: on the walk he didn't pull at all and my shoulder is no longer at risk of popping out of its socket 😂. If you're thinking of buying it, do it: it's completely changed our walks. Sounds over the top, but it's true. If I could I'd give it even more stars 🐶✨

Before I bought this, my Rottweiler pulled constantly on the lead: my shoulders were in bits and she seemed to be almost choking. My chiropractor thought I'd been in a boxing ring! I read the reviews and decided to give it a go: a real game changer. The bungee lead massively reduces the jolts, protecting both my shoulders and my Rottweiler's throat. Fantastic harness and lead. We tried them first on our Bedlington Whippet, as he's the one who pulls the most. I couldn't believe I'd come back from the walk with no shoulder pain. They really work, so we bought a second one for our other dog. Now I can take them both out easily and I no longer feel anxious about the pain before going out. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Massive difference on walks. Our doberman is 4 and had what I thought was good training, but with a high prey drive she has perfected the art of trying to be a sled dog with the humans behind. On our first day off this harness showed almost 100% improvement, now a week later she walks by our side instead of pulling ahead. Very impressed

Great fit for a 10-month-old male Husky x Akita, we got an XL and at the moment it's on the smallest size it will go to. Ideal for stopping him pulling and giving us more control when we need it. The velcro name patches are a lovely touch and haven't come off, considering he's constantly in and out of bushes. It's good quality material too, I really like the hi-vis material running through it for better visibility at night. I love the style of the harness because it doesn't cover him too much like others do, so he stays cooler.

The medium fits my Bulldog perfectly; she's athletic and smaller than most Bulldogs. For the stockier ones I'd recommend a large. It seems comfortable and doesn't slip at all. Handling the pulling has become so much easier: she responds really well to the front clip and the bungee lead has saved my wrist 🙌🏻

My 72 kg Bullmastiff is a gentle giant. He's well trained and only pulls when he wants to go the opposite way to me, but I need to be able to control him. Until now I used head collars that rubbed the sides of his mouth and he didn't like wearing. The Katlyma no-pull harness is fantastic: he's much happier and I keep control of the direction. Reggie has always been an adventurous, excitable French bulldog. He'd always pulled on his lead. Until December last year, that had never been a problem. When Reggie had to have surgery on his cruciate ligament, pulling on his lead started to hold back his recovery at times. We knew the Katlyma harness would help. He can switch between the front clip and the back clip to rest his leg, and it's been a really positive result.

We were sceptical that the harness would work. We have a 6-year-old rescue dog and we've managed to correct most of his behaviours except pulling on walks. Honestly, I didn't think this harness would work, especially with a strong Rottweiler who usually pulls like mad. But it's made a huge difference: the no-pull design does what it promises and walks are calmer, safer and more enjoyable. She didn't pull all the time on walks, but if she saw something to get to or a leaf to chase, she'd shoot off and nearly knock us over. We tried this harness and were amazed: just a slight correction brings her back where we want her. I'm not exaggerating when I say this product has revolutionised walks with my dog. Ralphie is brilliant off the lead, but on it he's a nightmare, especially in new places. So I'd stopped taking him with me: it wasn't worth putting up with the pulling, the collar choking him and all that stress. I have spinal injuries and arthritis, so I needed something to absorb the jolts. Walking the dog was becoming difficult and painful. He still pulls a bit when he runs towards his favourite spots, but the bungee lead is fantastic. Together with the harness clipped at the front, it's worked wonders. Fantastic from the first use: when he tried to pull, he simply turned to look at us. We no longer risk being pulled off our feet. The correction is gentle on him too: no sharp jerk, just a smooth turn.
